Pro Yakyuu Family Stadium '88 is a baseball video game by Namcot, the third in the Famista series for the Nintendo Famicom.

Series Firsts

  • For the first time in the series, all 12 NPB teams are independent and playable. The Namco Stars and Major Leaguers also return, making 14 playable teams. The number of pitchers per roster increased from four to six.
  • This game now features four stadiums, whereas previous titles in the series only included one.
  • This is the first title in the series to let you change the batting order for your team.
  • This game adds a small dive or jump move on defense when pressing the A button.
