Kanzen Chuukei Pro Yakyuu Greatest Nine (transl. "Complete Broadcast Pro Baseball Greatest Nine"), often referred to simply as Greatest Nine, is the first in a series of realistic-styled baseball video games by Sega. The game features a license for the teams and players of the Japanese professional baseball league.

- Big Head Mode / Real Face Mode - In an Open/Exhibition game, select the two teams to play each other. When both team flags are on-screen just afterwards, start holding L, R, and Y. Hold those buttons through the remaining menus until the game starts. Instead of a generic appearance, each player model now features an oversized version of their official photo.
