Out of the Park Baseball 22 is the 22nd entry in the baseball simulation series founded by Markus Heinsohn. This is the first game in the series published after Out of the Park Developments was sold to the Korean game company Com2us.

Description
Like previous entries in the series, OOTP 22 is a baseball simulation sandbox, focused on the experience of a general manager or manager. Players can control any MLB or KBO team, or a historical MLB team going back to 1871, or unlicensed teams (no logos or player likenesses included) from almost every international league, like NPB.
Perfect Team is a separate mode for asynchronous multiplayer competition, based around in-app purchase card packs to collect players. Teams made out of the collected cards compete automatically against others online in leagues, with a large promotion/relegation structure.

- Fully-licensed Korean league (KBO)
- New 3D stadiums for each MLB team
- More in-depth coaching system
Servers for the Perfect Team mode were shut down in September 2022. The game was delisted for sale along with all previous editions of the game in June 2022. Previously, Out of the Park Developments tended to keep old versions of the game available for cheap or free.
