Description
This game and series put players in a general manager role, making executive baseball operations decisions to improve their team through decisions on scouting, staffing, trades, training, etc.
Players are encouraged to create and customize their team, and may also create and customize one original player to occupy any position on the team.
Roster
Real players from 2003 NPB rosters populate each team.
